RARE VTG 1990s Yale Hockey Starter Snapback Hat - White/Blue
The Yale Bulldogs ice hockey team had a mixed decade in the 1990s. The team struggled in the early part of the decade, finishing with a losing record in four of the first five seasons. However, the team began to improve in the latter half of the decade under head coach Tim Taylor. The Bulldogs won their first ECAC championship in 1991, and followed it up with another championship in 1998. Notable players during that time included Jeff Hamilton, Chris Higgins, and Bob Kudelski. The team also made several appearances in the NCAA tournament during the decade, but was unable to advance past the quarterfinals.
