- Beautiful hand saw! Quite nice considering it is over 70 years old!
- Made in the early 1950s, while Disston was still under family ownership
- The medallion was used on products between 1947 and 1955.
- Disston was sold to HK Porter in 1955. Existing saw models were dropped from production and new home-handyman models and power saws were introduced
- Saw is straight and sharp, with no damaged teeth
- Wheat engraved on rosewood handle
- This is from a family member's estate
- Nice addition to your vintage tool shop or collection!
Nice Condition for 70 Years Old
- Some yellow paint in open grain on top of handle
- Straight and sharp - no damaged teeth
- I see no cracks, breaks, or repairs
- Logos are light but visible
