Feels like cotton, possibly a cotton blend.
This is a handmade item. Made from a thin layer of quilted/padded fabric in the center for comfort, and yellow/multicolor Snow White & woodland animals print fabric.
The mattress pad measures approximately 35 x 78 so will fit a twin mattress nicely.
The elastic has lost all of its stretch. Overall is in good preowned condition aside from the loose elastic. Light fading to the print from wash. A few stains at the edge shown in photo #6. Recently laundered and clean.
