Harveys Seatbelt Bag Ring Satchel Shoulder bag

Up for sale is a Harveys Seatbelt Ring Satchel Shoulder Bag. It was purchased by the original owner and used minimally. The color is black, however, it looks much more like a charcoal black-grey in the pictures. It measures 13 1/2 long and 5 1/2 wide at its base. It has its original hanging red star charm as well as a single non-adjustable strap, which measures 17 1/2 long (from closure to closure) and almost 2 wide. This bag has two closures; a zipper as well as a turn lock closure. It was put away in a closet until a recent move. During that time, it appears as though some of the metal on the bag has oxidized a bit. If you zoom in on the metal Harveys insignia and ring pictures, you'll see what I mean.
