Elton, Former IESC Vice President and produced in New York using PURE Italian Silk. The center panel bears the names of 84 developing countries where men and women of IESC have carried assignments - more than 1200 in all and a HANDWRITTEN SIGNED Note from Tom Carroll then President of IESC. During his tenure from 1981-1993 as president and CEO, the group experienced its greatest growth, to date, and tripled the number of projects undertaken by its volunteers worldwide.
