## Product Description
This is a rare Canon IV-F rangefinder camera, serviced and ready to use.
Only about 7,000 units (IV-F: 2,000 units, IV-S: 4,900 units) were produced between 1951 and 1952, making this a rare camera.
At first glance, it may look like an IVsb, but it lacks the X on the slow dial.
The Canon IV-F, which features a sync rail on the Canon IIIA, is almost identical in appearance to the IV-S, but the shutter unit box is made of sheet metal instead of die-cast.
For a camera that is approximately 74 years old, it is in good condition.
Comes with a body cap.
We are looking for buyers who understand classic cameras.
## Appearance
There are minor scratches, scuffs, and slight rust, but otherwise it is in good condition with no noticeable damage.
Please refer to the images.
## Operation
The shutter curtain is in good condition and the operation is generally good.
The contrast of the double image in the viewfinder is good and aligns at infinity.
*Shutter speeds have been adjusted as much as possible using a shutter tester.
## Optics
There is some minor dust, but no fungus or haze, and the optics are clear.
*The condition of the optics has been checked simply by holding it up to a fluorescent light. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the condition under strong light sources such as LEDs.
