Jumbo Enigma Cipher Gear designed with Escape Rooms in mind

We built these giant cryptographic devices at the request of a British back-room escape company. They worked really well, and I thought they might be something that other people could find creative uses for. The list is for 1 gear that you can string together as you like.
The gear is 15.75 inches in diameter. The material is layered, with the top layer being a ¼ thick fine maple veneer with an MDF core. The back layer is 1/8 Baltic birch plywood for added strength and rigidity.
A gear has 37 teeth. Each letter of the alphabet contains 10 numbers and a period or decimal point. Thus, there is a lot of flexibility in setting cues that require letters, numbers, or both.
These gears are sold separately, along with an approximately three quarters center pin core that can be used to mount the wheel in your room. You need to position and secure the dowel to a wall or table in your room. You need at least 2 gears to complete a function code. You can contact me if you need more than one.
