In recent years, the price of mohair blends has become quite high, even with a mohair content of only 15%.
Mohair cardigans have become very popular due to Kurt Cobain wearing them, but personally, I love the image and culture of 70's~80's punk rock.
One of the characteristic designs in this genre is the large shoulder width with a dropped shoulder silhouette. This embodies the material's properties and the aesthetics of punk culture.
The punk movement was born as a rebellion against existing social and fashion rules. Items with different silhouettes and textures are a means of visually expressing this spirit. That's why, personally, I recommend items with 70% or more mohair, not just this one.
