These beautiful works in my opinion come from cypress. This is JUST my opinion based on my own research looking at examples of petrified cypress as well as cypress on it's own. Please look at all pictures carefully and come to your own conclusion. I have no information regarding the origin or pedigree of these works and am in no way guaranteeing these to be genuine cypress. These ends are 6.75 tall. One is 3.5 wide, the other is 3.25 . Thickness of both is 2 . They weigh nearly 3.5lbs each. The bottoms and matching sides are felt covered.
