This item came into shop as a working PAL unit, We disassembled the unit and cleaned all the PCB boards inside, We applied NEW thermal paste to the GPU/CPU. We cleaned the fan blades. We converted this unit to CommunityFW 4.90 , this is a PAL unit but with that being said the CommunityFW mitigates any region codes for the games it plays all PS3 games NTSC or PAL. Video playback via disc drive may be the only issue I can think of and that would only be due to your television not sending a
