Bought these from a vintage shop in FL! Loved them at the time, but way too big on me now. I believe they’re early 80s judging from the tags/stitching. They’re high waisted and I loved to roll-up the bottoms to make them cuffed, but you can also unroll the cuffs. Super cute!!!
