Preowned in excellent condition
Gene “King of Pants” Kule, created the brand Happy Legs with his wife Arlene, in 1970s New York. Kule was known as an innovator in the clothing business and developed a reputation as a visionary. He brought bell-bottoms to the U.S. Happy legs was purchased by Tommy Hilfiger and Buisness partner Larry Stemerman on the 70’s.
This well made skirt offers 2 square pockets in the front, 2 belt loops, along with material to tie and around the waist. It has a zipper closure and vent extension for ease of movement. See pictures for measurements.
