VINTAGE FAR & AWAY GLANDORE Irish Waxed Cotton Utility Field Jacket
This coat is a vintage 1991-92 cast and crew gift from the film FAR AND AWAY. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman co-starred in Ron Howard's Irish epic. The Ireland scenes and Boston exterior sequences were shot in and around Dublin.
Ron Howard chose to bring back the 65mm format with Far and Away. It was the first theatrical feature produced in the grand format in over 20 years, since David Lean and Freddie Young, BSC made Ryan's Daughter in 1969.
