Includes original box and manual (both have some minor damage)
This set is mostly complete but it is missing some minor pieces. I was still able to build the pirate ship by substituting other/extra pieces in place of the missing ones.
Notable missing pieces: 2 yellow cups/goblets, 1 red flag, 2 torches, 1 striped sail, 2 door hinge pieces (for the brown doors on the inside of the ship), and then there are about 10-20 other small miscellaneous pieces missing that are easily replaceable and can have other pieces substituted for them with no issue
Everything seen is included plus there are some extra miscellaneous pieces that did not get used on the ship that are also included
