First edition, third printing trade paperback copy of The Manly Handbook by David Everitt & Harold Schechter (Berkley Books, 1982). An interesting tongue-in-cheek guide to manliness, in the vein of The Preppy Handbook by Lisa Birnbach. A relic of masculinity and a satirical macho etiquette type of book. Some stains to covers and apparent liquid damage causing waviness and some discoloration to covers and pages. Binding is split in several gutters (the worst of which is at page 50 and is shows above), though all pages remain attached. Pages 61-64 have a small rectangular area cut out of them with some areas of text no longer visible as a result. See photos for condition.
