Item is in excellent condition. There is some slight cracking of the overlay on the edges of the piece from age; see last picture. This item is vintage and dates back to the mid to late 20th century. It is handmade and therefore a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be replaced. This is a native seed pod from a tree that has been coated, painted and glazed for its beauty. It sits nicely on four legs and has striking, bright and bold colors as well as the ability to rattle when shaken.
