Custom Vintage King Size Co. Mens Genuine Leather Jacket 1970’s

Backstory on the jacket: The jacket was handed down to me from my great grandfather and i was clueless to what it was. I did some research into the company and jacket and here is what i found. The company was started in 1949 in Brockton Mass. and was mainly a young boys and mens shoe company that also specialized in jackets. The company later burned down in 1994 from a random fire and when i called the company, which reopened again a few years later, they said they had no record due to the fire confirming it was a really old jacket from that company . I then talked to my family more and found out it was custom made and ordered in the 70’s as a gift for my great grandfather made from genuine brown leather. The jacket has been kept in pristine condition over the decades and i think it could really be worth something but just dont have the time to do more research on this or to get an appraisal. Im letting it go because i have no use for it and my family agrees its time to let it go.
