Clip on earrings.
The tops are set with sparkling orange pave rhinestones, the bottoms are sweeping rayon tassels with rhinestone filled braided and ball tops.

About James Arpad: James Arpad was a jewelry and handbag designer who gained prominence in the late 1980s.
