Via BrickEconomy: 102-3 Super Value Set was a 102 piece Samsonite set released in 1969. It was released as a promotional set to showcase Legoland in Billund. The set was won by a seven-year-old Massachusetts girl in the nationwide “Make a Model” contest sponsored by the Samsonite Corp. Toy Division. (Her prize-winning creation was a “Big Window Beach Buggie with Trailer.”)
Via BrickEconomy: Super Value Set is a pretty rare set these days as we have not seen set 102-3 currently for sale online or in retail in new and good condition in over one year. The current value of this set might be slightly higher then what we have estimated at this time. The last brand new Super Value Set seen was sold on ebay.com.
According to my knowledge, this is the only version of this set in new sealed condition available for sale in over 1 year. One of the rarest Lego sets, as it was a promotional set used to showcase the newly opened Legoland in Billund in 1968.
