Very sorry that the day that I posted this LONGINE up, I had been sick and have to be in and out of the hospital during the past 2 months.
Starting from this hour, I am going to put out more
information for this watch.
I acquired this watch during the early 80’s in Europe.
Since then, it has been with me and providing me with accurate time for as long as 40 more years without any maintenance and it is still working really well. This is the most amazing part.
I’m a retired super senior now and looks like that I don’t need any good watches to keep my time. I want to find this watch someone Who Deserves Keeping It.
I remember that I paid about US2500 for this watiback then more than the official price set by its manufacturer in Switzerland. But it was so attractive that I simply couldn’t help.
By the way, I was told that the belt was made of the skin of a special kind of lizard.
It is fully automatic too !
