This is a 1:48 scale dollhouse that I built a few years ago from a kit I bought (see last photo for reference). It was my first time building in 48 scale and only my second dollhouse. It is fully furnished and has battery operated lighting. It survived a cross country move with a little damage which I repaired. I rewired the lights (as I have improved my skills!). It measures approximately 13 inches in height, 12 inches side to side, 6 inches in depth (house itself) and 12 inches from the front stairway to the back. I continue to build more different sized dollhouses and am ready to let this one go. I need the space for my next project. Any questions, just ask! Thanks for looking.
