USPHS Public Health Service Vintage Officers Dress Blue Coat 1953. Korean War era U.S. Public Health Service officers coat/jacket. I believe the stripes on the cuff sleeves indicate the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade, and the device above the stripes is the USPHS logo.
There is no size tag, so please see photos for approximate measurements.
In great condition considering it’s age. Fraying at button holes (see photos), and some small stains that might come out if dry cleaned.
