This doll is a 1988 Franklin Mint Heirloom Dolls 17” recreation of Mary Mary Quite Contrary by Helen Kish. She is delicately sculpted of fine hand-painted Bisque porcelain dressed in ruffled pinafore, pantalettes and Blue calico dress and sun bonnet. Brunette braided pigtails. In one hand she holds her basket of flowers. She has painted eyes, porcelain shoes, and a startled expression. She comes with her original Franklin Heirloom stand. She has 1/2 legs, 3/4 arms, and head/neck/shoulders all porcelain with the rest firm fabric. The porcelain portion of her back has Franklin Heirloom Dolls 1988 copyright stamped in the porcelain.

She has been stored since my grandmother displayed her over 20 years ago. SMOKE-FREE HOME. She is in good condition, still display-able with few minor flaws.

She will be shipped to you labeled fragile and packed very well to avoid damage.

She is missing one finger and her dress shows her age. She is otherwise perfect.
