The costume will fit a 2 year old or a 3 year old just fine. My daughter wore shortly after turning 3.
What's included? Size 2 iloveplum originally pink tutu, has snaps underneath. With added by hand rainbow tulle pieces inspired by Gabby's cat-o-ween costume. Also, hoodie purchased from Etsy, size 3. A handmade clip on rainbow tail. Childhoods 3T ink blue leggings with handmade added knee patch.
Conditions: Tulle was added with fabric glue, but is secure. It has been laundered. Leggings have slight wash wear.
If you have a gabby obsessed child like I do, this will make their Halloween amazing! Please note that the tulle I purchased for this, plus the cost of the original plum tutu, cost of leggings and other materials exceeded 100. Not to mention the hours I spent creating this. I hope one of your kiddos will love the costume this year!
