This is a new skirt without tag, never worn. This skirt is altered from its original model: the under skirt, that before was long, was cut to a mini skirt (see last pic for detail). The under mini skirt has a raw hem (I tried to use a clothes glue to make a hem but it was getting to short so I quit. Shell: polyester. Lining: polyester. Roses details: 100% cotton. Black tulle and colorful roses. Shell skirt length: approx. 40. Mini under skirt: approx. 16. Elasticized waist: 14 laying flat. H
