Vintage art deco Metzler & Ortloff porcelain borzoi dog statue, fine detail with feathered hair and expressive face, signed on the bottom & number pressed in the porcelain, hole on the bottom that is necessary for the porcelain to breathe, scuff in the paint on the back of his right ear that looks like it happened before firing, on the underside of his chin is a dark inclusion which is common from firing, excellent condition with no chips or cracks, 4 3/8 long x 2 1/8 deep x 2 1/2 high & 2 1/2 oz.
