I'm unsure who painted him but I know he was painted with heat set paints except for his hair that was drawn on.
He doesn't have a COA but he is definitely authentic because he has the markings on the back of his head.
He's 28in and around 10lbs
I’m his first owner and I've had him for about a year
He has a little discoloration here and there but it's not horrible
He has glued eyelashes
He doesn't have a magnetic mouth but he can take a modified pacifier
