✮┆ DISCLAIMER: The decals on her kimono are made of plasticizers which gives them a slightly sticky texture. I've washed her already to try and get rid of it but after much research, this is normal and can't be removed. It's been like this since I've gotten it and everyone I've asked who has her, also has this problem! This is not a defect, just a result of the manufacturer's material choice :)
