Vintage Jonas Self-Retaining Splint, manufactured by The Al-Sal Instrument Co., Inc. New Haven, Connecticut. Missing the S3 piece. I did not remove the tape to see if all 12 Cotter pins are included, but it appears that there are at least 8. The wooden case is about 12 wide x 5 1/8 long.
