Box has many tears, split corners, lots of soiling.
All parts are shown. The house didn't originally come with this set, I think, but they were in the box, so I included them. All parts have wear and soiling from normal use. Several parts have a melted spot: one door of the house, the roof, one door of the Five and Ten. The lamppost base is broken and held together with tape. The green base is broken off another lamppost, not included. All the cardboard signs have wear, some have creases.
Still, the billboards and the chrome-look diner are very cool.
